Challenge
Converting PDF files to Google Docs is a time-consuming process. Filling form values into Google Docs manually is a time-consuming and error-prone operation, especially when you have form values on the PDF. An Office action (OA) is a document written by a patent examiner in response to a patent application after the examiner has considered the application in accordance with US patent law.


Solution
The OA+ Add-on makes it easier to write an OA document by extracting the values of Application number, filing date, examiner, and other data from the patent application and generating a Google documents draft document based on those values. In addition, in a matter of minutes, OA+ downloads all prior art patents listed by the examiner in Form PTO-892.
