Sync Task List

Sync Task List Gmail Add-on shares the task list that someone created with others and synchronizes it, so that any update that you, your assignee, or collaborator does is recorded. You can create separate task lists for different sets of audience.

You have a permission to accept or reject incoming task lists from others. 

You can track of the tasks that are shared with others either on the Add-on interface or Google Tasks.
